Аннотация:
Son suyak boshchasi osteonekrozi (SSBO) – bu jiddiy degenerativ-distrofik jarayon bo‘lib, so‘nggi yillarda COVID-19 ni boshdan kechirgan bemorlarda uning rivojlanishi keskin ko‘paygan. Bu kasallik patogenezida qon aylanishining buzilishi, mikrotromboz, gipoksiya, shuningdek, glyukokortikosteroidlarni noto‘g‘ri qo‘llash kabi omillar muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Ekstrakorporal zarb-to‘lqin terapiyasi (EZTT) – osteonekrozning erta bosqichlarida qo‘llanilayotgan samarali konservativ usullardan biri hisoblanadi. Maqolada SSBO rivojlanishi, patogenezi, diagnostikasi va EZTT usulining klinik samarasi haqidagi so‘nggi ilmiy ma’lumotlar tahlil qilingan.
