This article talks about the methodology of teaching foreign languages in Uzbekistan. The author, relying on philological data and written sources, studied the existing peculiarities on the subject, which made clarifications on the basis of existing scientific literature. The article presented four methods of learning foreign languages: the grammar and translation method, the direct method, the audiolingual method, and the communicative method. Each method has been described in terms of its characteristics and approaches to language teaching. Opinions from linguists have been included to offer a critical view on each method. The grammar and translation method emphasizes reading and writing, the direct method focuses on oral communication and natural language acquisition, the audiolingual method values repetition and memorization, while the communicative method values meaningful communication and social interaction. From the presentation of the methods and the opinions of linguists, it was possible to understand the implications of each method in the teaching of foreign languages.

New method has been widely used for teaching Management Science since the mid of 1990s. The new teaching method is distinguished from traditional method in several aspects. The most distinction of the new method is that Excel based approach is used in order to model and analyze quantitative problems. Due to the introduction of Excel based teaching method model formulation and interpretation is more emphasized than algorithms. By using this new method students are expected to be more interested in Management Science class and easily use several Management Science techniques in real world problems. Though Excel based teaching method has become more prevalent, there exist no empirical research to analyze the effectiveness of Excel based teaching method.

This article will discuss the main methods for students to learn English.

The conducted research, reflected in this scientific article on the importance of using the dictionary method, in particular paronyms, during the lessons of the Native Language, clearly and clearly demonstrates to us that this method of language learning, being traditional and rather old, is still very effective if you adhere to existing special methods and techniques for using the language learning method based on book dictionaries. This teaching technique can become quite innovative and interactive, if from the usual “cramming” new words to make an interesting, rich learning process filled with various interactive tasks and exercises that require group work and active verbal interaction between students and also with the teacher as the leader, guiding leader of the lesson. Difference schemes of the finite difference method of high-order accuracy for the sixth-order Sobolev-type equation are constructed and investigated. In particular, the first boundary value problem for the wave equation of a compressible stratified rotating fluid is considered. First, approximation is performed only in spatial variables by the finite difference method, and the resulting system of high-dimensional ordinary differential equations is also approximated by this method. Using the method of energy inequalities, a priori estimates were obtained and, on their basis, theorems on the stability and convergence of the constructed difference schemes were proven; accuracy estimates were obtained for sufficient smoothness of the solution to the original initial boundary value problem. An algorithm for implementing difference schemes is proposed.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the application of the task-based method,
which for a long period of time has been used for teaching the professional English language,
with the aim of defining to what extent students use the material learned previously, in real
situations. The author offers a direction for searching the most efficient approaches and ways
of solving the question of developing the problematic active basis for teaching the
professional English language. The main stages of the lesson using the task-based method are
examined and analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the advantages and disadvantages of
this method. As a result of the research, it was indicated that the taskbased method promotes
the development of communication skills in pairs and groups, the ability of all participants to
argue and debate in the learning process.

The develoрed method of extrаction-рhotometric determinаtion of gold with MB is recommended for the аnаlysis of industriаl solutions, wаste wаter, ores, concentrаtes, rocks аnd other mаteriаls comрlex in terms of chemicаl comрosition without seраrаtion of the аccomраnying elements directly in the orgаnic рhаse.

This article covers the great importance attached to modern methods of teaching foreign languages in the process of preschool education in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the modern teaching methods needed to organize them.

В данной статье изучены острые токсикологические свойства и местная обезболивающая (анестетическая) активность дубильных веществ, выделенных из растений Salvia Sclarea L. (шалфей) и Matricaria Chamomilla L. (ромашка), на модели экспериментальных животных (мышах). Показатель острой токсичности изучался путем перорального введения (per os) вещества животным в различных дозах (100.0–15800.0 мг/кг). Результаты эксперимента показали, что показатель острой токсичности, оцененный по LD₅₀, составил 14600.3 мг/кг при пероральном введении дубильного вещества, что подтверждает отнесение данного вещества к классу малотоксичных. Анестетическая активность изучалась с использованием методов Ренье, а также Бульбринга и Вайды. В экспериментах, проведенных по методу Ренье с 0.5% раствором дубильного вещества, время начала обезболивания составило 3.7±0.3 минуты, время полного обезболивания — 12.1±0.7 минуты, а общая продолжительность — 15.8 ± 0.9 минуты. Результаты метода Бульбринга и Вайды подтвердили, что вещество обладает дозозависимым снижающим болевую чувствительность действием; в этой модели также наблюдался максимальный эффект 0.5% раствора дубильного вещества. Результаты исследования показывают перспективность внедрения дубильного вещества природного происхождения в медицинскую практику как малотоксичного соединения с местным обезболивающим действием.

In order to study its solubility in the gastrointestinal tract in the production environment of "HEPASILIMARIN" capsules, its dissolution test was carefully studied and alternative conditions were selected. Taking into account the importance of using the "in vitro" method, which is the most suitable method in laboratory conditions, practical work was carried out in this method to determine the dissolution test. In performing the experimental part, the equipment of the rotating cajava was used, as specified in the 1st volume of the Pharmacopoeia of the Republic. . Using the equipment, the rate of release of biologically active substances with flavonoid properties contained in the mass of "Hepasilimarin" capsule into the solvent medium, as well as the factor influencing the process of fruitless dissolution, the pH numerical index, were studied. Purified water (pH=5.8), 0.1 molar HCL hydrochloric acid (pH=1.3), sodium bicarbonate NaHCO₃  as a solvent medium 0.1 molar (pH=8) solution of 0.01 molar sodium tetraborate Na ₂ B ₄ O ₇ (pH=9.2) solutions were used.
