SOME REFLECTIONS ON THE POWERS OF THE PREVENTION INSPECTOR IN THE FIELD OF OFFENSE PREVENTION
This article, based on Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Offense Prevention," is dedicated to analyzing the powers of a prevention inspector in the field of offense prevention. The article discusses the inspector's role in studying the criminogenic situation at the local level, identifying and eliminating the causes of offenses, implementing measures for social rehabilitation and adaptation, as well as collaborating with the public. Practical suggestions are provided regarding the use of digital technologies and professional development. The article aims to improve the activities of internal affairs bodies and enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies.

THE IMPORTANCE OF DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE ENGLISH TEACHERS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION
This article highlights the effectiveness of using educational web resources in developing the professional competence of future English teachers in the preschool education system. During the research, experimental studies were conducted, revealing the positive impact of web-based activities on students’ methodological, digital, and communicative competences. The paper substantiates the importance of integrating digital literacy, interactive methods, and innovative technologies into teacher professional training. It also outlines the stages of experimental work, mechanisms for organizing the educational process, and recommendations for modernizing the curriculum of the “Foreign Language (English) in Preschool and Primary Education” program. The findings confirm the effectiveness of web resources in enhancing the professional competence of English language teachers.

This article analyzes the issues of protecting young people from cyber harassment in the digital space, the concept of cyberstalking and its legal essence. Additionally, experiences in combating cyber harassment are examined through examples of foreign countries' legislation, and proposals for improving the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan are developed.

THE ROLE OF CIRCULAR ECONOMY IN ACHIEVING A GREEN ECONOMY
The circular economy offers a radical way of sustainable development that encourages efficiency of the resources, minimizing waste, and environmental degradation. In this paper, the authors discuss the importance of a circular economy in promoting a green economy, paying attention to the theoretical basis, the policy tools applied by the country in Uzbekistan, and the current progress (2019-2024). It relies on the qualitative literature review and policy analysis, and offers specific suggestions to ensure that the Uzbekistan transition into circularity is speeded up.

RESPECTING CITIZENS' RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS IN INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES: PRACTICAL APPROACHES BASED ON FOREIGN EXPERIENCE
This article examines the issues of respecting citizens' rights and freedoms in the activities of internal affairs bodies based on foreign experience. International standards, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Code of Conduct for Law Enforcement Officials, and the Council of Europe's Code of Police Ethics, are analyzed. The practice of protecting citizens' rights is studied through examples of police reforms in the USA, European Union, South Africa, and other countries. The aim is to ensure the primacy of human rights in the activities of internal affairs bodies and increase public trust.

COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF MILITARY OFFICERS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD: CONCEPTS, STRUCTURE, CONTENT
In modern psychology, there are many approaches to defining communicative competence. What they share in common is the understanding that communicative competence is a complex personal formation that includes the ability to adequately and fully perceive and evaluate oneself and others, the ability to manage one’s emotions, the acceptance and support of another person, as well as knowledge, social attitudes, and skills in the field of interpersonal communication. Communicative competence is defined as a complex personal characteristic that encompasses communicative abilities and skills, psychological knowledge in the field of communication, personality traits, and psychological states accompanying the communication process. The component structure of communicative competence includes “communicative knowledge,” “communicative skills,” “communicative abilities,” and “communicative habits.”

SOME ISSUES OF PROTECTING CITIZENS FROM ILLEGAL MIGRATION AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
This article analyzes the problems of illegal migration and human trafficking phenomena on global and national scales. It examines the legal, social, and organizational aspects of protecting citizens from these dangerous processes. The article specifically discusses the causes of migration, mechanisms for protecting victims of human trafficking, the role of government bodies, and the effectiveness of international cooperation. Based on the analysis, practical recommendations for protecting citizens are provided, with examples from the situation and reforms in Uzbekistan. The article has practical significance for lawyers, social workers, and government agencies.

PEACE DIPLOMACY IN INTERNATIONAL AND ISLAMIC LAW: ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE EXPERIENCE OF UZBEKISTAN
This article explores the concept and practice of peace diplomacy through the dual lenses of International law and Islamic law, focusing particularly on the experience of Uzbekistan. Both International and Islamic legal traditions regard peace as a fundamental objective of human coexistence and interstate relations. While International law institutionalizes peace through mechanisms such as the United Nations Charter, Islamic law embeds peace within its spiritual, moral and juridical framework. Uzbekistan, as a Muslim-majority state and an active participant in the international community, demonstrates a unique synthesis of these traditions through its proactive peace-oriented diplomacy, mediation initiatives and commitment to regional stability. The study concludes that Uzbekistan’s peace diplomacy exemplifies the compatibility of Islamic legal principles with modern international norms.

The article is devoted to the study of international rules and the experience of developed foreign countries aimed at the legal regulation of agents in the field of sports. It analyzes international standards regulating the activities of sports agents, including norms developed by FIFA, UEFA, and other organizations. Additionally, practices in the USA, the European Union, and other countries, their legislative framework, and effectiveness are examined. The article discusses the possibilities and prospects of implementing these experiences into Uzbekistan's national legislation, highlighting existing problems and their solutions.
